SexyStore.ca accepts credit cards, Paypal and checks as payment. A payment from "404Found" will appear on your credit card statement when you order from our site in order to ensure your privacy.

Paying by Credit Card using 2Co
We accept through 2Checkout the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server payment gateway which encrypts all submitted information. Also, you can pay using one of those options: Electronic Check Drafts - Also known as ACH or Digital Checks, FXSource - Direct electronic funds transfer service, Bill Me Later® and ATM Direct - PIN based purchases using your ATM or debit card.

Paying by Paypal
PayPal is a leader in security technology. PayPal uses state-of-the-art technology to help prevent fraud, and their expert staff monitors transactions 24/7, enabling you to pay safely. You are not required to become a PayPal member in order to checkout using PayPal. All orders will appear as 404Found! in order to ensure your privacy.

Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for the sale. We don't actually charge your card at this time. We never charge your card for the items in your order until we are ready to ship them.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

Coupons & Discounts
Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says "Coupon/Promotional Code."
• Click "Apply."
• If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.

If a product is not available or in backorder
SexyStore will notify you by email that some of the products are not available and will ask you if you want to substitute for another products or a refund.

Within 5 days following that email, if we don't hear from you, we will ship your order with the available products and we will provide you a coupon code for the amount of the non available products that you could use anytime on our website.

If you would prefer a cash refund of your non available products, please instruct us within a 5 day period following the email mentionning that your products are not available.
